The shape of it

Three parts, in order.

The sequence matters. You can’t delegate a direction nobody can see, and you can’t automate work nobody’s documented. So we go Direction, then Delegation, then Automation — each part standing on the one before it.

01 · Weeks 1–3

Direction

Kickoff & diagnostic.

First we map the business as it is today: where you’re the bottleneck, what only lives in your head, and where the time actually goes. Then we agree the 90-day target — what “can run without you” looks like for your business specifically. You walk out of week 0 with a clear diagnostic and a 90-day plan built around your business, not a template.

Part 01 · Weeks 1–3

Direction — get it out of your head.

Right now the vision, the goals and the direction live in your head. So the team guesses, pulls in different directions, and brings every call back to you to settle. We fix that first — because everything after depends on it.

Part 02 · Weeks 4–7

Delegation — off your desk.

This is the human engine, and it’s two shifts at once: your own move from operator to owner, and your team genuinely owning their lanes. Get this wrong and you keep re-inserting yourself and the whole thing collapses back onto you. So we do it deliberately.

Only now do we automate. With the direction clear and the team owning their lanes, we document how the work actually gets done and put AI on the busywork that eats your day. Bolt AI onto a business that still runs on you and all you get is a faster mess — so we leave it until last, on purpose.
