Where's the bottleneck?
If you’re flat out but it’s all firefighting, it’s usually because too much routes through one person — you. Go through these twenty decisions and tasks. For each one, mark whether it genuinely needs you, could be handed off, or is already off your plate. The pattern that shows up is your bottleneck — and your delegation list.
Only me, it genuinely can’t happen without you right now
Could delegate, someone else could own this with a bit of setup
Off my plate, already owned by someone other than you

How to read it: every “Only me” is a single point of failure. Some are real owner work — vision, big bets, key relationships. But most aren’t; they’re just things no one else has been set up to own. Start with the “Could delegate” list: those are the first things to hand off to get out of the weeds.
When too much says “only me”
If most of this routes through you, you are the bottleneck.
That’s not a criticism — it’s the most common trap for owner-led businesses, and it’s fixable. Getting the team to genuinely own its lanes so decisions stop landing on your desk is the Delegation third of the 90-day install. If this list is mostly “only me,” that’s worth a chat.
